Our approach to food is refreshingly simple. We take the best possible seasonal ingredients, chosen when they are at their very peak, and then create classic dishes that allow the quality of those ingredients to speak eloquently for themselves.
We spend a great deal of time sourcing our produce, be that fabulous beef from Orkney, fresh fish hand picked at Billingsgate market or hand dived scallops from the Hebrides. The service is every bit as exceptional as the food; we strive to ensure that dining at the French Horn is an outstanding experience in every way.
